Your custom designed furniture requests will be prepared within 5-15 working days, depending on their content. When your furniture is ready, we share its photos and videos with you.We are aware of the importance of providing a safe shopping environment when purchasing furniture. We provide a transparent shopping environment by sharing detailed photos and videos of your specially designed furniture with you when the product preparations for your project are completed or during the preparation process.

UNLIMITED FURNITURE DELIVERY

At PHIHANDCRAFT , we are committed to providing excellent service and a unique and memorable delivery experience

We work with fast air cargo companies such as Tnt, Fedex, DHL, Ups.

Depending on the location of the country and the content of the sale, we also use sea or road cargo companies.Your orders are packaged in the best way.For cargoes exceeding a certain weight, it is enclosed in a wooden box for ease of transportation and extra protection .After your product is wrapped in products such as transport blankets, bubbles, it is placed in palletized wooden boxes.

Delivery is made to your address. The cargo officer will deliver your order according to the conditions of your region. For example, in front of the door, garage, sidewalk, apartment entrance area, apartment freight elevator, etc.

Once your products are delivered to cargo, you will be informed with the tracking number. The cargo officer will call you before delivery. Please make sure to be at your delivery address during cargo delivery. Cargo deliveries will only be made during working hours. If you are not at your address, the cargo company will take the product back to its warehouses. Additional fees may apply for time in storage. Our customers are responsible for this fee.

Our team carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure each order is delivered safe and sound.It is your responsibility to inspect your new furniturethoroughly and completely for any damage before signing for the package(s).In the very rare event that your furniture does arrive damaged,please note any damage on the delivery slip before signing for your furniture.Have this receipt approved by the courier and take pictures.During the delivery, the cargo officer must approve and sign the necessary document indicating that he has delivered a damaged product, otherwise, return, exchange, etc. services cannot be used.Once you have signed the delivery slip, Phihomert cannot be held responsible for any damage found after delivery

 Please note: Furniture that does not fit in an entryway cannot be rejected at delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you order will fit in your home To ensure a successful delivery, please remember to verify that furniture pieces for furniture distribution will fit through access points such as doorways, corridors, corridors, elevators and corner areas at the desired speed.

 

 

Customs and import taxes

Our customers in the USA do not pay customs duties.You can contact us for customs tax amounts that may occur for EU countries or other countries.Our team will support you in this regard.

 

Returns & Exchanges&   Refunds

We accept returns within 30 day.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Our team will support you throughout the process.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom orders begin production immediately after the order is placed and are produced to your specifications. As a result, the product(s) cannot be canceled, exchanged, returned or refunded at any time. For special order items, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.

Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we will charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.
